We are part of the movement that envisions a future without racism or bigotry. We believe we all have a role to play in disrupting racism, discrimination, exclusion, hate and sexism. We all deserve to be who we are, wherever we are.
We believe that, together, we can build a culture where it is no longer seen as “just the price you have to pay” for being different from the dominant model, a culture where every human being belongs, where differences are seen as an advantage to help us thrive in our challenging world.

Diversity.ONE is a global movement, looking for initiatives that bring people together, promote inclusion, and demonstrate that our differences can be the power that unites us.
We encourage people to take action by curating a path to create change: we find initiatives worldwide to help you take action and make an impact at a local and global level. We want people to reach across their own identities to ally with others and establish a united front against racism, discrimination, exclusion, hate and sexism.
Each one of us has the power to be a changemaker. If we come together, we can move the needle on a tolerant, inclusive and peaceful world, where everyone has a chance to live their full potential thanks to their differences.
